Administration

The Administration services provided by the Ballyfermot Advance Project consist of the following.
An administrative support service to those projects who are funded through the Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force.

These projects can contact the Administrator for advice and assistance on

  • Funding Applications To Relevant Funding Bodies,
  • Advice On Managing Administrative Systems Within Their Project.
  • Administrative Assistance To The Local Development Group In Respect Of Their Grants Scheme (Usually Run In Conjunction With Our Own Grant Scheme)
  • Collating Statistics On Emerging Issues
  • Operating A Resource Library On Drug Issues For Community Members Or All Groups In The Area.
  • Manage The Day To Day Queries To The Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force  In Conjunction With The Task Force Co-ordinator
  • Provide Administrative Supports To The Board Of The Ballyfermot Advance Project  And To The Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force
  • Provide Administrative Supports And Reception Duties To The Community Holistic Drug Team, The Community Development Team 
  • Budgetary Advice To Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force  Projects,
  • In Conjunction With The Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force  Co-Ordinator We Submit Project Costs To National Drug Strategy Team  For Projects Supported By Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force.
