ADMINISTRATION

The Administration services provided by the Ballyfermot Advance Project consist of the following.

An administrative support service to those projects who are funded through the Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force. 

These projects can contact the Administrator for advice and assistance on;

  • Funding Applications to relevant funding bodies.
  • Advice on managing administrative systems within their Project.
  • Manage the day to day queries to the Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force  in conjunction with the Task Force Co-ordinator
  • Provide administrative supports to the Board Of The Ballyfermot Advance Projectand to The Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force
  • In conjunction with The Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force Co-Ordinator we submit project costs to the Drugs Programme Unit for Projects supported by Ballyfermot Local Drugs Task Force.

Reception

Our Receptionist provides all reception duties, data management, contacts with clients, and administrative supports to the Community Drug Team, the Community Development Team, the Storm Trainers, the Community Addiction Course and the Manager.
